What Type of Memberships do you have?

 

We offer a wide variety of memberships including a one-off payment annual membership, monthly direct debit, and options for non-contract monthly.  We do offer day passes for individuals visiting Folkestone for a few days, 

 

What Equipment do you have?

 

Our facility is full of all different equipment we have equipment by: LifeFitness; Hammer Strength; Panatta, Technogym, Exigo and Jordan. 

 

Do you offer Personal Training?

 

Yes, we have several different personal trainers at the gym who specialise in many different areas of fitness. Such as injury rehabilitation; body transformation; body building and strength and conditioning.

 

Do you Offer Classes?

 

Yes, its all included within the membership price.

 

I’m not sure how to use a machine. Is there anyone on site that can help me?

 

Yes, every new member can have a complimentary induction as well as our friendly staff will be happy to show you.

 

Do you have parking?

 

You will be able to park along Sandgate road for up to 2 hours between the hours 08:00am and 18:00. After 18:00 You can park for how long you desire!

 

Do you have Saunas?

 

Our Saunas are all included in the membership prices; they are integrated into the changing rooms.
